Terms of Service (Trader855 Strategy Room) By subscribing to the Trader855 Strategy Room (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). 1. Nature of the Service Trader855 Strategy Room is a private Telegram channel providing market analysis, strategic commentary, and educational insights related to options, futures, and market structure. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. 2. No Signal or Advisory Service The Service is not a signal service, copy-trading service, investment advisory service, or asset management service. No personalized investment advice is provided. Content is general and non-tailored and must not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. 3. Risk Disclosure Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Subscription, Pricing & Billing Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled by the user. Current pricing is €97 per month + VAT (if applicable). VAT application depends on applicable tax rules and the subscriber’s status and jurisdiction. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. 7. Cancellation Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their billing dashboard. We cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of users. 8. Refund Policy No refunds are provided once access to the Strategy Room has been granted, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. EU/EEA consumers: by subscribing and requesting immediate access to digital content/services, you acknowledge that the Service begins immediately and you may lose any statutory right of withdrawal where applicable once the Service has been fully performed. 9. Access Management Access is managed automatically via third-party tools (e.g., InviteMember/Telegram). Failure of payment or expiration of the subscription may result in automatic removal from the channel. We are not responsible for access issues caused by third-party outages, platform restrictions, or user-side technical problems, but we will make reasonable efforts to restore access when possible. 10. Acceptable Use Subscribers must not: • redistribute, copy, forward, record, screenshot, or resell any content from the Strategy Room; • share access credentials, invite links, or otherwise allow third parties to access the Service through their account; • use the Service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party platform rules. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund. 11. Intellectual Property All content provided within the Service (including text, images, templates, and formats) is protected by intellectual property laws and is licensed to subscribers for personal use only during an active subscription. 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on the content provided. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law. 13. Changes to the Service and Terms The Service structure, pricing, or content format may change over time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
