TERMS OF SERVICE FOR TRADESBYTRU Last updated: July 17, 2026** Welcome to TradesByTru (“TradesByTru,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the TradesByTru website, watch-only live trading sessions, real-time market commentary, event-related communications, recordings, recaps, and any related digital content, products, or services collectively referred to as the “Services.” By purchasing access, registering for an event, attending a live session, accessing paid content, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, register for, access, or use the Services. 1. ELIGIBILITY TradesByTru is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. By purchasing or using the Services, you represent that: • You are at least 18 years old • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement • The information you provide is accurate and current • Your use of the Services does not violate applicable law • You are not prohibited from accessing trading-related educational content in your location You are responsible for determining whether the Services are legally available to you. 2. EDUCATIONAL-ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT ONLY TradesByTru provides watch-only trading content for general educational and entertainment purposes. Nothing provided through TradesByTru constitutes: • Financial advice • Investment advice • Personalized trading advice • Commodity trading advice • Legal advice • Tax advice • Accounting advice • Brokerage services • Investment management • Account management • A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial product Content may include: • Live MES trading • Personal market observations • Market structure analysis • Key levels and market zones • Potential setups • Entries and exits • Trade-management decisions • Risk-management discussions • Trading psychology • Post-trade reviews • Personal trading-journal observations All content reflects general commentary and the personal decisions and experiences of TradesByTru. Content is not tailored to your financial condition, experience, objectives, account size, broker, trading platform, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances. 3. WATCH-ONLY LIVE TRADING SESSIONS TradesByTru provides watch-only live trading sessions that may include real-time or near-real-time: • MES market analysis • Personal trade execution • Entry and exit reasoning • Risk-management decisions • Stop-loss and target discussions • Active trade management • Market commentary • Decisions to remain out of the market Attendees are purchasing access to observe TradesByTru’s personal trading process. The Services are not: • A signal service • A trade-copying service • A brokerage service • A managed-account service • Personal coaching • Personalized financial guidance • A promise that TradesByTru will take a trade • An instruction that you should copy any trade The live experience is intended to be watch-only. Attendees may not have access to a microphone, camera, or chat feature during the session. TradesByTru may disable, restrict, or remove attendee communication features at any time. 4. REAL-TIME CONTENT IS NOT A TRADE INSTRUCTION Any real-time or near-real-time trading activity shown during a session is provided solely for educational entertainment. It is not an instruction requiring you to: • Enter a trade • Exit a trade • Copy a trade • Mirror an order • Use the same stop loss • Use the same profit target • Use the same position size • Trade the same account type • Trade through the same broker or platform • Take any financial action You are solely responsible for deciding: • Whether to trade • Whether a setup is appropriate for you • When to enter or exit • What instrument to trade • What broker or platform to use • What position size to use • Whether to use a stop loss • How much money to risk • Whether you understand the applicable instrument TradesByTru may enter, exit, reduce, add to, adjust, or manage a position without announcing every decision before it occurs. TradesByTru is not required to announce every: • Entry • Exit • Stop • Target • Adjustment • Position-size change • Order cancellation • Trade-management decision Market conditions can change quickly. Content may be delayed, incomplete, misunderstood, interrupted, or received after a market move has already occurred. 5. LIVE-SESSION SCHEDULE TradesByTru generally intends to offer one focused live trading session during the weekday morning market. The publicly advertised session time may generally be: **Monday through Friday** **8:00–9:00 AM Eastern Time** However, the schedule may change. TradesByTru may: • Begin or end a session early • Extend a session when managing an active trade • Delay a session • Reschedule a session • Cancel a session • Take time away from live sessions • Modify the days or hours offered A published schedule is an intended operating schedule and not a guarantee that every session will begin or end at an exact time. Schedule changes may occur because of: • Market holidays • Travel • Illness • Emergencies • Internet outages • Power outages • Platform failures • Payment-platform failures • Video-conferencing failures • Market-data interruptions • Broker or trading-platform interruptions • Personal time off • Events outside TradesByTru’s reasonable control 6. NO GUARANTEED TRADE Purchasing access to a live session does not guarantee that TradesByTru will take a trade. TradesByTru may decide that market conditions do not support entering a position. A session may include: • One trade • Multiple trades • A trade that remains open beyond the advertised session • Market analysis without a trade • A decision to remain flat for the entire session Remaining flat is a valid trading decision and does not constitute a failure to deliver the live experience. Unless expressly stated in a specific offer, TradesByTru does not guarantee: • A minimum number of trades • A minimum number of setups • A winning trade • A particular entry • A particular exit • A particular holding period • A specific profit target • Continuous market coverage • Coverage of every market move • A trade during every live session You are purchasing access to observe the live process, not a guaranteed trade opportunity or financial outcome. 7. NO GUARANTEES OR INCOME PROMISES Trading involves substantial risk. TradesByTru does not guarantee: • Profits • Income • Payouts • Account growth • Trading consistency • A specific win rate • Successful trading evaluations • Funded-account approval • Retention of a funded account • Prop-firm payouts • Recovery of event-access fees • Replacement of employment income • Achievement of a financial goal • Results equal to those shown by TradesByTru • Results equal to those achieved by another attendee You may lose some or all of the money you trade. Depending on the financial product, broker, leverage, market conditions, and account structure, losses may exceed the amount initially deposited or the amount you intended to risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. 8. PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND SCREENSHOTS TradesByTru may display, publish, stream, or discuss: • Personal trades • Winning trades • Losing trades • Profit-and-loss figures • Brokerage or trading-platform screenshots • Simulated account results • Evaluation-account results • Funded or performance-account results • Prop-firm accounts • Payouts • Trading statistics • Account-growth goals • Personal trading goals • Daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly results These materials document personal experiences and may be provided for transparency, commentary, journaling, education, entertainment, or marketing. They are not: • Promises • Guarantees • Forecasts • Typical-results claims • Representations of what you will earn • Representations of what an average attendee will earn Results may reflect market conditions, experience, timing, risk levels, account rules, leverage, commissions, fees, technology, discipline, or other circumstances that may not apply to you. A displayed account balance may represent: • Simulated funds • Notional buying power • Conditional buying power • Restricted buying power • Capital subject to withdrawal restrictions • Capital subject to performance requirements • Capital that is not personally deposited or freely withdrawable Prop firms and funded-account providers may impose rules involving: • Drawdown limits • Daily-loss limits • Consistency requirements • Payout conditions • Prohibited strategies • News-trading restrictions • Position-size limits • Inactivity rules • Platform restrictions • Account termination • Data or execution requirements TradesByTru does not control those rules and is not responsible for your: • Evaluation failure • Account closure • Denied payout • Rule violation • Trading loss • Platform issue • Dispute with a prop firm • Dispute with a broker You are responsible for reviewing and following the rules that apply to your own account. 10. YOUR TRADING RESPONSIBILITY You are fully responsible for your own: • Trading decisions • Account funding • Position sizing • Risk limits • Entries and exits • Stop losses • Profit targets • Broker selection • Platform selection • Order execution • Margin requirements • Commissions and fees • Tax obligations • Prop-firm compliance • Trading results TradesByTru does not: • Place trades in your account • Control your brokerage account • Manage your money • Take custody of your funds • Request your brokerage password • Request your trading-platform password • Request authentication codes • Guarantee order execution • Guarantee that your results will match the livestream You should never trade money needed for: • Rent or mortgage payments • Food • Transportation • Medical care • Utilities • Emergency savings • Debt payments • Taxes • Education • Other essential expenses You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose completely.
