Terms of Service for TBT HQ Last updated: May 25, 2026 Welcome to TBT HQ / TradesByTru. By purchasing, joining, accessing, or using TBT HQ membership content, community access, alerts, trade reviews, videos, posts, messages, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. 1. Educational Content Only TBT HQ provides educational trading content only. Nothing shared inside TBT HQ should be considered financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial product. All content is for learning, commentary, market education, trade journaling, and informational purposes only. 2. No Guarantees Trading involves risk. TBT HQ does not guarantee profits, account growth, trading results, income, returns, win rates, or specific outcomes. Any examples, trade reviews, alerts, screenshots, results, or discussions are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee future performance. You understand that you may lose money trading. 3. Your Trading Responsibility You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, position sizing, broker selection, account funding, entries, exits, stop losses, and trade execution. TBT HQ does not place trades for you, manage your account, or control your financial decisions. You should never trade money you cannot afford to lose. 4. Markets Covered TBT HQ may discuss gold-related markets including, but not limited to: • 1oz Gold • XAU/USD • MGC • GC • Other gold-related instruments or market commentary Market content may include alerts, key levels, trade plans, structure breakdowns, reviews, and educational analysis. 5. Membership Access Membership access is provided through the platforms used by TBT HQ, which may include Discord, LaunchPass, website access, email, social platforms, or other third-party tools. Access may be removed if your payment fails, your subscription is canceled, you violate these Terms, or you misuse the community or content. 6. Payments, Billing, and Cancellations Memberships may be billed on a recurring basis depending on the plan selected. You are responsible for managing your subscription, payment method, and cancellation through the platform used to process your membership. Canceling your membership stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, membership payments are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access provided. 7. No Copying, Sharing, or Reselling All TBT HQ content is the property of TradesByTru unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, record, screenshot, repost, resell, distribute, leak, share, or give others access to paid content without written permission. This includes alerts, trade plans, videos, messages, screenshots, private community posts, PDFs, templates, lessons, and any other member-only material. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal without refund. 8. Community Conduct Members must act respectfully inside the community. You agree not to harass, threaten, spam, scam, impersonate others, promote unrelated services, share offensive content, or disrupt the community. TBT HQ reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards or creates a negative experience for others. 9. Third-Party Platforms TBT HQ may use third-party platforms for payments, community access, content hosting, analytics, communication, or website services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, account issues, payment issues, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBT HQ / TradesByTru is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, platform issues, broker errors, technical problems, account losses, emotional distress, lost profits, or any damages related to your use of the content or community.
