STEVE STAKES VIP COMMUNITY Terms & Conditions Last Updated: 19 October 2026 By subscribing to or accessing the Steve Stakes VIP Community, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a membership. 1. Membership Membership provides access to exclusive Steve Stakes content, which may include: * Horse racing insights and analysis. * VIP Telegram community access. * Members-only content and discussions. * Race recaps, racing stories and other exclusive material. The benefits available will depend on the membership plan selected at the time of purchase. Membership access remains active while your subscription is valid and paid, subject to these Terms & Conditions. 2. Subscription & Billing Subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the membership plan selected. Available membership plans may include monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. All applicable subscription prices, billing intervals and payment details will be displayed before purchase. By subscribing, you authorise the relevant payment provider to collect recurring subscription payments until you cancel your membership. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain valid and up to date. 3. Cancellation Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the relevant subscription platform or payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation will prevent future renewal payments, while membership access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for a payment already made. Members should check their subscription status after cancelling to ensure that the cancellation has been processed successfully. 4. Refund Policy Steve Stakes provides digital content and access to an online membership community. Except where a refund is required by applicable law or is expressly offered under the relevant membership platform’s policies, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights, including applicable rights relating to digital content, faulty services or cancellation of online purchases. Where applicable, consumers may have statutory cancellation rights. The rules governing digital content supplied during a cancellation period may depend on the consent and acknowledgements obtained at checkout. 5. Content Ownership & Permitted Use All original Steve Stakes content, including written analysis, graphics, videos, posts and other exclusive materials, remains the intellectual property of Steve Stakes or its respective rights holders, as applicable. Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the content for your own private purposes. Members must not: * Copy or reproduce exclusive content without permission. * Redistribute or publicly publish VIP material. * Forward paid content to non-members. * Share private Telegram posts, screenshots or recordings outside the community without authorisation. * Resell, commercially exploit or impersonate Steve Stakes using its content or branding. * Use membership access to undermine the privacy, security or integrity of the community. Unauthorised sharing or commercial use may result in suspension or termination of membership, subject to the circumstances and applicable law. Steve Stakes reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies where intellectual property rights have been infringed. 6. Service Availability Steve Stakes will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to membership content and community services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, Telegram or other third-party platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a significant interruption occurs, reasonable steps may be taken to restore access or communicate relevant updates. 7. Racing Information & Analysis Disclaimer All content published by Steve Stakes is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes. Horse racing involves uncertainty, and opinions, assessments, selections and analysis are not guarantees of future results. Past performance does not guarantee future performance. Race conditions, horse fitness, going, jockey decisions and other factors may affect outcomes. Steve Stakes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of every piece of information and accepts no responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of community content, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Members remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. 8. Community Conduct & Termination Members are expected to treat other members respectfully and help maintain a positive, welcoming community. Steve Stakes reserves the right to investigate reported misconduct and suspend or terminate membership where a member: * Harasses, threatens or abuses another member. * Repeatedly disrupts community discussions. * Breaches these Terms & Conditions. * Shares confidential or paid content without permission. * Attempts to gain unauthorised access to membership material or accounts. Where appropriate, action may be taken without prior notice, particularly in cases involving serious misconduct, security risks or unauthorised distribution of content. Any refund entitlement following suspension or termination will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the relevant platform’s policies. 9. Changes to These Terms Steve Stakes may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to the service, membership structure or applicable legal requirements. Where a change materially affects existing members, reasonable notice will be provided where appropriate. The latest version will be made available through the relevant membership platform or website. Changes will not remove statutory rights or retrospectively alter rights where prohibited by law. 10.
