Membership & Termination We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate any membership at our sole discretion. Remove members who violate community rules. Deny service to anyone for any lawful reason. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by these platforms unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: Sports Traders, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any: Direct or indirect losses Lost profits Financial damages Consequential damages Emotional distress Business losses Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our Services. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sports Traders and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your use of our Services Your trading or betting activity Violation of these Terms Violation of any laws or regulations 8.
