# READY Discipleship Program – Terms of Service Last Updated: June 2026 By registering for, purchasing, or participating in the READY Discipleship Program ("Program"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. ## 1. Program Participation The READY Discipleship Program is a faith-based discipleship, mentorship, training, and personal development program designed to support participants in their spiritual growth, leadership development, and practical application of Biblical principles. Participation in the Program does not create a professional counseling, therapeutic, legal, financial, medical, employment, or fiduciary relationship. ## 2. Participant Responsibilities Participants agree to: * Conduct themselves respectfully toward facilitators and other participants. * Maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared within the community. * Participate honestly and in good faith. * Refrain from disruptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or inappropriate behavior. * Respect the spiritual, educational, and community nature of the Program. ## 3. No Guarantee of Results Every participant's journey is unique. King's Institute, its leaders, mentors, facilitators, and representatives make no guarantees regarding spiritual growth, personal transformation, ministry opportunities, financial outcomes, business results, relationships, health outcomes, or any other specific result arising from participation in the Program. ## 4. Recordings and Intellectual Property Live sessions, teachings, discussions, materials, assignments, recordings, documents, videos, presentations, and all Program content remain the intellectual property of King's Institute. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Program materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, published, shared, uploaded, recorded, or transmitted without prior written permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund. ## 5. Confidentiality Participants are expected to honor the privacy of others. Personal testimonies, prayer requests, discussions, coaching conversations, and other information shared by participants should not be disclosed outside the Program without permission. While King's Institute encourages confidentiality, it cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants. ## 6. Fees, Payments, and No Refund Policy All payments are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, access to resources, administrative costs, limited enrollment capacity, and the nature of mentorship and discipleship services, no refunds, credits, transfers, exchanges, or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of: * Attendance or non-attendance. * Scheduling conflicts. * Change of circumstances. * Dissatisfaction with the Program. * Removal from the Program for violation of these Terms. * Voluntary withdrawal from the Program. By completing your registration, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. ## 7. Program Access and Removal King's Institute reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate participation at its sole discretion if a participant: * Violates Program policies. * Demonstrates disruptive behavior. * Acts contrary to the values and purpose of the Program. * Repeatedly fails to respect community standards. Removal from the Program does not entitle a participant to any refund. ## 8. Third-Party Platforms The Program may use third-party services including, but not limited to, Telegram, Zoom, Google Workspace, payment processors, assessment tools, and learning platforms. King's Institute is not responsible for outages, technical issues, policy changes, security incidents, or actions of third-party providers. ## 9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, King's Institute and its leaders, employees, volunteers, mentors, facilitators, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own discretion and responsibility. ## 10. Modifications King's Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. ## 11. Acceptance By registering for, purchasing, or participating in the READY Discipleship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
