By participating in this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Information Collection Information you provide through registration forms, questionnaires, assignments, communications, and program participation may be collected and used for administrative, educational, mentorship, and program improvement purposes. Confidentiality Participants are expected to respect the privacy of fellow members. Personal information, testimonies, prayer requests, discussions, recordings, and other content shared within the program should not be disclosed outside the program without the express permission of the individual concerned. Recordings Live sessions, teachings, group discussions, and other program activities may be recorded and made available to participants for educational and discipleship purposes. These recordings remain the intellectual property of King's Institute and may not be copied, distributed, shared, reproduced, sold, or published without prior written permission. Communication By enrolling in the program, you consent to receive communications related to the program, including announcements, assignments, reminders, resources, updates, and mentorship-related information through email, Telegram, Zoom, or other communication platforms used by the program. Third-Party Platforms The program may utilize third-party platforms and tools including, but not limited to, Telegram, Zoom, Google Workspace, assessment tools, learning platforms, and other digital services. Participants acknowledge that the privacy and security practices of such third-party providers are governed by their respective policies. King's Institute is not responsible for the actions, policies, or performance of third-party services. Personal Responsibility Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, spiritual discernment, health, finances, relationships, and personal circumstances. The program provides mentorship, education, discipleship, coaching, and spiritual guidance, but does not provide legal, medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Policy Updates King's Institute reserves the right to update or modify this policy as necessary to support the effective operation of the program.
